Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

a. As a digital agency providing intangible services such as website development and social media management, our services are typically non-returnable. Once a project has commenced, it is considered underway, and refunds for completed work are not applicable.

b. If there are concerns or issues with the services provided, the client is encouraged to communicate promptly with the Agency to address and resolve any concerns.

2. Refunds

a. Refunds will be considered in the following circumstances:

i. Non-Commencement of Services: If the Agency has not initiated work on the project, a full refund may be issued upon the client’s request.

ii. Unresolved Issues: In cases where significant issues arise and cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of the client, a partial refund may be considered, taking into account the extent of the completed work.

b. The client must submit a written request for a refund, outlining the reasons for the request. The request should be sent to [email protected].

3. Refund Process

a. Refund requests will be reviewed by the Agency within 10 days of receipt.

b. If the refund is approved, the Agency will process the refund within 10 days to the original payment method.

c. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original transaction.

4. Exclusions

a. The Agency is not responsible for any third-party costs or expenses incurred by the client in the course of the project.

b. No refunds will be provided for services that have been completed as per the agreed-upon project scope.

5. Cancellation Policy

a. If a client wishes to cancel a project after commencement, the client may be subject to fees for work completed up to the cancellation date.

b. The cancellation policy and associated fees will be outlined in the project proposal.

6. Changes to this Policy

a. The Agency reserves the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.

By engaging the services of the Agency, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Return and Refund Policy.
