Terms and Condition

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by SARVD, hereinafter referred to as “the Agency,” for the creation of websites and management of social media accounts. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Services and Pricing

a. The Agency will provide website development and social media management services as per the agreed-upon specifications outlined in the project proposal.

b. The pricing for services, including basic, advanced, and premium packages, will be detailed in the project proposal, and it includes all associated packing costs.

3. Client Responsibilities

a. The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate the project’s progress.

b. The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content provided for the website and social media accounts.

4. Payment

a. The client agrees to pay the Agency the agreed-upon fees for the services as outlined in the project proposal, inclusive of packing costs.

b. Payment terms will be detailed in the project proposal, and failure to make payments on time may result in the suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

a. The client retains ownership of all content provided for the project.

b. Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership of the developed website and any other agreed-upon deliverables.

6. Confidentiality

a. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

b. The Agency may showcase the completed work in its portfolio unless the client expressly requests otherwise.

7. Timeline

a. The project timeline will be outlined in the project proposal. Delays caused by the client may result in an extension of the timeline.

8. Revisions and Changes

a. The client may request reasonable revisions within the scope of the project. Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

9. Termination

a. Either party may terminate the project with written notice if the other party breaches these terms.

b. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for all fees for work completed up to the termination date.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Agency is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of its services.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.

By engaging the services of the Agency, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
